The condo was more beautiful than the photos. There was enough room for 10 people and with 4 bedroom 4 bath this was an exceptional unit. The back deck wraps around the side also so it is one of the largest decks in the complex along with the front deck off of the second master, great views of the sunset and a beautiful area to sit in the evenings. The electric grill on the back deck was great to use, while watching the waves roll in the beautiful beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need and has a stand-alone ice maker and wine frig. The wine frig is stocked with complimentary bottles that you just pay forward and replenish what you take. There is a liquor store, numerous restaurants, ice cream/sno ball, and souvenir shops all within walking distance. Once you make a stop at the main grocery across the bridge in Gulf Breeze, about 3 miles away, you can park the car and not get back in til it’s time to go home. After a fun morning at the beach it’s great to come upstairs and let the kids have lunch and re-set before heading out into the afternoon sun. The unit comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella and there is a 1 hour free rental of the kayak or paddle board that is included in everyday. The washer and dryer works great, the beds are all new and amazingly comfortable, all of the HD Tv’s have Netflix, Roku, or DVD players. We have been visiting the Pensacola Beach and Navarre Beach area for the last 15 years. we have rented condo’s and houses and this is the Best Unit we have stayed in, by far. I will be recommend this unit and the folks at BeachBumbb to everyone from now on. Prior to arrival the management company BeachBumb were outstanding. They contacted us about our arrival checking to see if we needed any special assistance and continued to check in with us throughout our trip, excellent concierge service.
