This home housed 13 of us for a bachelor party weekend and we all slept comfy in this beautiful home. There was so much space for common areas and we never felt on top of each other with plenty of blankets and linens. All the mattress were high quality and we slept great! It was a chilly weekend so we did not get to experience the fire pit or pool enough unfortunately and the thermostat had trouble getting to the desired temperature . The kitchen was perfect with every appliance you could imagine for cooking whatever . The view from the deck is very nice in the sunshine and just across the street from the beach which was nice even on a colder weekend. Great location and about 30 minutes from downtown Pensacola made this a great spot!

The house was wonderful and location perfect!! The beach was awesome and accessed just across the street from the front door. When the kids were tired from waves in the ocean, the pool and fire pit were a nice bonus to the property. Our host, Stephanie was great!! She gave me plenty of recommendations for family friendly activities and restaurants. Thanks so much for the awesome experience!! We will definitely be back!!

House was great! Exactly what we wanted: pool, close to beach, fire pit, and plenty of beds. One of the prettiest houses in the whole area. Kids were able to walk back and forth from beach to house without worry. The street to be crossed had practically no traffic. We took lots of walks. House was nicely stocked and had tons of pool floats, beach toys, wagon, boogie boards, and a tent. One downside and possibly a reason we would pick a different house is that one master had no door. There were other doors in that hallway, but with 9 kids, it wasn't enough for privacy as they would still barge through unannounced, no lock. I would suggest to the owners that they add some top locks on both of those other doors in the hall and advertise that. We would return if the couple that stayed in that room was guaranteed their privacy.
The beds were heavenly. In fact, if someone could send me a picture of the mattress tag/brand for the upstairs master bed, I will seriously Venmo you $15. I've never slept so good and we meant to look and see what kind of mattress it was and forgot. Text me if anyone has a chance to do this! 618-623-2868
