Beach Club Resort & Spa is at the heart of Pensacola Beach. The property is a secured, gated facility. Codes are needed to enter the gate and building. You'll find family-friendly areas such as an outdoor pool & hot tub. There is also a heated indoor pool & hot tub. Make time to visit Aqua Spa and spend time in the complimentary sauna or steam room. Guest can also make use of the large fitness center.

All balconies are Gulf front with an expansive view of the beach. It's also within walking distance to most restaurants and shopping on our pristine, white sandy beaches.

"Our group of six had an exceptional stay at this Pensacola Condo! The spacious layout, which provided ample private space and individual bathrooms for each couple. The condo was tastefully decorated, well-equipped, and featured comfortable beds. The host was incredibly responsive, addressing our questions promptly, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We took full advantage of the condo amenities, including the indoor and outdoor hot tubs! The condo's location is hard to beat—just steps away from the breathtaking beach with powdery white sand. We appreciated the ease of having food & groceries delivered right to our door, so we could enjoy meals from the balcony. We recommend this condo to anyone looking for a memorable beach vacation in Pensacola. We can't wait to come back for another fantastic stay!

"Clean, well-kept unit. It was nice to have the 2 chairs and umbrella set-up available on the beach, included with this rental. Only issue was the listing noted an under the counter ice maker, which was not present. The refrigerator ice maker didn’t make enough ice for 5 people. I believe the listing has been since changed. Would stay here again.

"This place was very nice and accommodating ! We had enough kitchen dishes, pots, pans and utensils. They even had a basket of extra beach towel. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. I liked the remote for the ceiling fan and light fixture. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

"This was our first stay at the Beach Club and it will be our “go to” for future visits. Spectacular Gulf front location, and within a highly amenitized resort. This is a meticulously maintained unit with high end finishes and fine furnishings. And the professional management company made the check in/out logistics effortless and an overall welcoming experience. As a Pensacola native who visits family in town multiple times per year, we’ve stayed up and down the island, and this is my family’s favorite unit/ location.

"This condo is comfortable for a large family. The three bathrooms/showers make such a difference when several teenagers are getting ready for dinner! The kitchen was well equipped, which made beach meals easy. We love the idea of using the grill on the balcony, though we didn’t this trip. The location is great, with easy access to restaurants and zip lines/go karts. We will definitely stay again!

"We had an amazing week on the beach & at Beach Club. The condo was wonderful. The pictures don’t do it justice. The view from the balcony is beautiful for sunrises & sunsets. The beds are comfy but the bed in the master had a little squeak to it. Hopefully that will be fixed soon. The condo was very well stocked with everything you need. Didn’t use hardly any of the things we brought with us. We would definitely recommend renting this condo & we hope to stay here again in the future. Beach Bum made the experience so easy & convenient also. Highly recommend!!

"This condo was so spacious! We had 2 teen girls and our 10 year old boy and it was plenty of room for everyone to have quiet time after a long day or have a great time as a group in the common areas. Great view of the beach on the 5th floor too. The staff was wonderful and Katelynn was in charge of making sure my 14year old was welcome and surprised on her birthday trip. She really went above and beyond to make it perfect. You will be close to everything Pensacola has to offer.

"We loved this property. We had a beautiful view of the beach. The condo was spacious and clean. I loved spending time in the mornings reading on the balcony. This was our group’s first visit to Pensacola Beach and we loved how close this unit was to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We especially loved the beach chair and umbrella service, Lazy Days. Our rental included two chairs and one umbrella each day. We were able to reserve an additional four chairs and two umbrellas for an additional charge to accommodate our group. That made our beach time so relaxing and luxurious. We also loved the on-site fitness center. We would love to return to Pensacola someday!

"So first off, I asked if we could check in early,due to my 3 year old and 9 month old. It's easier if it's a earlier check in so we can get situated and unpacked before dinner and bed time. They were able to accommodate us, and we appreciated it SO MUCH. The condo was very clean, and they had everything we needed! We didn't even have to use our own items such as paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent. They provided so many little things that most condo's don't! They even had coffee filters and coffee pods with half and half. They had little treats out upon arrival. It was the perfect location, right out to the ocean. We are already planning on going back next year! My kids loved it! The only thing I will say, and it didn't effect us because they had 2 other coffee pots. But the pot for the keurig couldn't be found. Not sure if it was broken in the past and not replaced, or if it has been misplaced. No big deal though, we used another coffee maker that was there. Def. recommend this condo! Cant wait to stay next year!

"Just got back from a wonderful trip. This condo had everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the Beach Bum beach towels, less things to pack. The complimentary beach chairs are a plus. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pictures didn’t show it but outside by the grill they had things to take to the beach, ie; chairs, toys and even a small ice chest. "The condo layout was excellent and decorated beautifully. The location was perfect to walk to bars, restaurants, and shopping. We really enjoyed the beach chairs/umbrellas included at the resort too. Beautiful white sandy beach with seashells galore! The perfect getaway to relax. I would not recommend the massage downstairs at the spa. I felt it was overpriced and quality wasn’t up to par.

"The building itself is immaculate. The pool was dirty, every day. I am not sure I ever saw someone check the chemicals of the pool or hot tub. The route to the beach is ridiculous unless you realize you can go through the indoor pool, but at some point they lock that door therefore you have to take the elevator to the third floor, walk through the garage (very creepy) take another elevator back down to the main floor and exit out. Simply ridiculous and all because their humongous gym is on the main floor. It seems a better plan would be put the gym on the third floor and let everyone else walk out to the beach because you come for the beach not the gym. I never saw more than two people working out at a time. Other than the gripes, the unit was immaculate and we enjoyed it very much.

"The condo was very spacious and in great location. The decor was very nice and balcony was spacious and nicely furnished. The unit was furnished with all the basics. Amazing views from 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The building had a lot to offer: 2 pools, gym, spa. It is within walkable distance to many shops and restaurants. In addition to the unit, the building was very nice as well. The ease of booking and response time of Beach Bum was remarkable.

"The condo was exactly what we were looking for - it worked great for our family. Views of the ocean were fantastic, the veranda was awesome. Our youngest had a great time in the pool and we all enjoyed the beach, which is one of the nicest we've ever visited. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils etc, which we appreciated as we like to cook our own food rather than eat out. Beds were comfortable, everything was great. Only a couple of minor suggestions that would have made our stay even better - would have enjoyed having a blue tooth speaker / stereo as we're music lovers and didn't have a way to play music. Also couldn't find the remote for the DVD player.

"Extremely pleased with this unit & all of the amenities. Loved all the extras this property had to offer - even simple things like time restrictions on noise & ease/encouragement of recycling. We will definitely return to this property and very likely this unit as we did not want for anything. If we had to come up with anything to improve upon, it would be to take a little more time on cleaning of the floor inside & on balcony as you could not walk around very long barefoot without black bottoms.

"We had a wonderful time staying at the Beach Club #503 Blue Lagoon! The condo was perfect for us. It is furnished beautifully. It had everything we needed. The beds and bedding were so comfortable with a nice choice of pillows. The master bathroom was so roomy. The view of the water was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the afternoon showers. We cooked a few meals in the nicely furnished kitchen and went out to a couple of great restaurants. All the amenities for the Beach Club are so nice. We loved having chairs to sit in on the beach. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools and we even had time for a quick workout in the gym. "We loved the condo and especially the service you provided. Always a quick response to any questions we had before and during our stay. We loved the condo and really couldn't think of much to make our stay better. The only thing I might mention is that we didn't see any extra clear recycle bags but we used some trash bags we brought. Some extra clear recycle bags for renters that are really into recycling might be nice if the clear bags are prefered by the Beach Club. Other than that I can't think of anything that needs improving.

""Condo was great with lots of space and beautifully furnished! Everything we needed to cook was at our fingertips as far as appliances, dishes, glasses etc and we even grilled out on the balcony taking in the magnificent views. Beds were comfortable with high quality linens. Water was always hot for showers and laundry. We were 3 couples using this unit and had a wonderful time here. Would definitely recommend. If I really had to nit pick, my guest said the sound on tv in queen bedroom did not work and they found someone’s bra pad inserts behind curtains when they went to open them. Other guests in 2nd master bedroom had some bathroom towels that had holes in them. No big deal to us so we never reported or I’m sure it would have been fixed! All in all a great vacation and we will choose this unit again."

"The condo was terrific. The only thing I would mention is to check the supply of paper products. We had zero extra toilet paper rolls or tissue. "The property was wonderful! It was beautifully decorated and we had plenty of space for our party of 6 adults and 2 children. The Beach Club amenities were on point. The gym was fantastic and we spent most of our time in the warm, outdoor pool. It was nice not having to worry about umbrellas and chairs on the beach because it was all included. The only cons to the property was that the dishwasher either needs to be replaced or serviced. The front wheels were missing on the bottom rack which made it difficult to pull out and it didn’t clean the dishes well at all. We ended up hand washing a lot of things. Also, the feather pillows on the couch, although very pretty, were not comfortable at all. The feathers were sharp and would poke you. We would definitely stay here again and the BeachBum company was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The Beach Club is wonderful….

"The Beach Club is wonderful. We have stayed here on several occasions, it is on the higher end, but the amenities and staff are top notch. This was our first stay under BeachBum management. The refrigerator in the condo was not working properly and we lost some very nice fresh seafood from Joe Patti's. I called the BeachBum contact ,Stephanie, she stated that maintenance would be by in the morning. Turns out that the back of the fridge was frozen solid, which usually occurs when a sensor is going bad. Maintenance was nice to chip it off, but said it would need to be serviced after our departure. Stephanie said if I sent her a copy of our receipts that she would take care of it. When we returned later that afternoon we found a grocery bag in the dysfunctional refridgerator with seafood in it that had apparently been purchased at Publix. I called Stephanie to inquire, she said they were trying to recreate our lost experience. I thanked her for the effort, but that we didn't feel comfortable eating anymore seafood given our experience with the bad seafood the night before and that the refridgerator still was not functioning properly. She stated it should be in working order even though I informed her that many items still were not cold. We were surprised that they would even attempt to replace our items without discussing it with us first. I simply requested to have our account credited for $64. We thought that was reasonable. It was only for the food lost, but not all the other groceries we bought to go with the seafood, understanding things happen. Stephanie stated it was not BeachBums policy to give refunds. After several conversation back and forth we did not want to waste anymore of our time with such negative behavior. We spent the last three days of our vacation with no confidence the refridgerator was functioning properly and did not want to get sick. We opted for eating out the remainder of our trip. Poor, customer service, totally unnecessary .

"#503 was mainly chosen for location and the view. We had visitors from Europe who were totally impressed ! Check in and checkout were easy because of the emailed instructions. The security was greatly appreciated. Everything was clean and bedding luxurious (no polyester/plastic sheets) The grill on balcony was an added bonus. We shopped Publix for steaks, etc. and Joe Patti's for fish (what a place !) and had no need to go to restaurants. The kitchen had all the essential cooking tools needed and more. This was a vacation of a lifetime but we intend to repeat it.

"Every year I meet three long time friends in Pensacola Beach for a week long girls get away. This is the second time we have rented one of Lila's condos. We will never rent from anyone else again. The condo was beautiful! It was spacious and beautifully decorated. We lacked nothing! The kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need to cook any meal. The jacuzzi bath in the master was a great way to end the day! You can walk to multiple restaurants and shopping excursions. By far my favorite thing is sitting on the balcony, drinking my morning coffe or a glass of wine and watching the waves crash on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Pure heaven! "This condo was perfect from the front gate to the ocean! This was our second time going to pensacola beach. The first time we stayed at the Hilton and it was ok. We spent more for the 2 bedroom hotel for the week then the 3 bedroom condo. I would highly recommend staying here. I was nervous about it being only on the 5th floor but our view was still amazing. Plus we could yell at the kids in the pool. The condo is decorated perfectly! The photos really didn't do it justice. The kitchen was stocked well. Loved the beach chair pass. That costs extra at the hotels. I really can't say enough about the place. By the end of the week I wanted to live there! I will for sure go back!!!

"It was so nice to be able to use the indoor pool when the weather outside wasn't just right. We walked to many restaurants ("Flounder's" was our favorite), shopping areas and checked out the fishing on the pier. We had a 10 month old with us so it was important to have relatively quiet times for naps and sleeping. The condo had quality kitchen appliances and very comfortable beds. Recommend going to Joe Patti's for fresh sea food to enjoy at the condo. We had a wonderful vacation.

"We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was better than pictured and the owners were very accommodating. While we were there we visited the zoo (which is one of the best small zoos ever!), the Naval Museum, some favorite restaurants (Peg Leg Pete's & McQuire's), and generally relaxed on the beach. We have been to Pensacola many times over the years, renting condos in many different places, but I liked this one because it was so well equipped. With teenagers, we can't possibly eat every meal out so we like to go to Joe Patti's for fresh seafood and sometimes cook at home. At other condos, I couldn't find the basic to prepare a meal - knives, cookware, etc. This condo didn't lack for anything! Lila was very gracious and quick to return calls to answer questions.

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Club #503. The condo was immaculate and the view from the spacious balcony was beautiful. The facility is very well maintained and secure. The fitness center had high end equipment with a view of the pool and gulf. The indoor heated pool is large with a lot of natural light. We have already recommended this condo to our friends and expect to come back for a second visit.
