"We wanted a place that was walkable to all the Pensacola beach fun for the Double Bridge Run weekend and this was PERFECT for our family of five! The layout is perfect for families and everyone felt immediately restful. We and the girls especially loved the host's surprise touches and surprise amenities, which I don't want to spoil all the surprises but they definitely did things that were very helpful, like having quality coffee options (even some local roasts) already ready to go for in the morning so we didn't have to run to the grocery store or walk down to a coffee place first thing out of bed. They thought of everything as hosts, and made for the perfect family weekend. They are also proactive and helpful as hosts, thinking ahead to meet needs, and the location is ideal for walkability everywhere. Beautiful floor to ceiling views of Pensacola Beach and would love to stay again one day!

"This place was perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen was very well equipped and the balcony has beautiful views of the ocean. All the communications were timely amd checkout was easy (no long chore list). My only complaint is all of the different codes/key fobs required to get in and out. That was very confusing for the my elderly parents.

"Stephanie and Kayla were very responsive, pleasantly proactive as well, not just responding to what we asked. The apartment is stunning, well equipped and you feel very much at home. They thought of EVERYTHING YOU NEED. Location is fabulous! Master bedroom is stunning view of the Gulf. Two bedrooms look out on the hall way of the condo, so require the shades to be drawn for privacy. But one of those two also has a bay view as well across the hall. I do wish we could have recieved check in information the day before like most airbnb's, it felt a little frustrating to be looking for an email in a 30 minute window of check in. Typically you get it the night before and they trust you not to enter early without permission. Was just not a relaxing start to vacation checking email every couple minutes, we finally got it at 3:50pm. Overall I'd highly recommend. It's a beautiful place.

But, the condo was superb, the beaches beautiful and Beach Bum took care of us.

"Everything about this unit was great! Comfortable bed, indoor and outdoor furniture. Kitchen very well appointed. Handy to walk to restaurants. Beach was beautiful. As a retired architect I was a bit disappointed in the pathway the Beach Club has you use to get to the pool and beach. Great facilities and they make you walk through the parking garage. I can guess why, but I didn’t like it. But don’t let this comment stop you from going. The Beach Bum property managers were great with communication … before and during our visit. This was a great experience!

"Condo was very nice & clean! I was very impressed! The location was perfect! There were 2 pools & 2 hot tubs! The gym was very nice as well. The beds were very comfortable. "This condo is AMAZING!! We were able to comfortably fit 2 families in here. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. There was a full size washer and dryer. The living and dining rooms had plenty of comfortable seating. The views from the balcony were absolutely GORGEOUS!! There was 2 loungers, 2 rockers and a 6 top table, plenty of room for everyone to be outside. The gas grill was a nice bonus. The kitchen was FULLY equipped with both a regular coffee pot and Kurieg, grill utensils, enough pots and pans for a couple meals and even Tupperware to store leftovers. The kitchen even had an ice machine under the counter! Unfortunately, it stopped working while we were there but we called BeachBum and they sent a repairman and a couple bags of ice. The condo had games and books for downtime and even some beach toys and a couple extra chairs to take down to the beach. The daily beach chair set up was nice and the guys at LazyDayz were incredible. They would have the chairs set up before we came downstairs and worked with us on pricing for additional chair setups. The ladies took a day at the spa on the first floor which was a wonderful treat. We never made it to the gym or indoor pool but both looked very nice and not at crowded. We loved every minute of our trip and would 100% stay here again!!!. Take me back to the beach….

"In our group of 6 adults, we had 3 birthdays during our 6 night stay. We as a group try to get together yearly to celebrate. We chose Pensacola as we can all drive there in one day. "We have stayed at countless Beach Club units as well as other rental houses and condos and I have to say that Pelician Pointe was one of the nicest. I have never seen such a well stocked kitchen. That was amazing. Also the decor was so good and the furnishings so comfortable. Besides the well stocked kitchen, the patio was incredible. All the furniture was cushioned not to mention beautiful. Kudos to the owners for making this unit so nice. We love BeachBum. We've been doing business with them for a couple of years and just love them. I recommend them to everyone I know. "This condo is BEAUTIFUL! The beds are comfortable. The furniture is cozy. The balcony was great for chilling and watching the dolphins. We had a rainy day and sat out there and played games. It was amazing. Well stocked for anything you might want to do in the kitchen. The complex itself is amazing too. The pool is large and well laid out, and the hot tub was perfect. We will definitely be back!

"The owner communicated well which was appreciated. The condo was well maintained and clean. Beautiful view. It was high enough that the two buildings in front of the condo did not come close to impeding the beautiful beach view. Standing in the living room and looking out the sliding doors all you could see was the expansive gulf waters. The sand at the beach was like white powder. The condo/complex is very secure and it was nice to have enough fobs for the entire family so we could be doing things around the building and still be able to move around freely. "We stayed at Pelican Point 1404 at the end of 2020 and enjoyed every minute! We have stayed at numerous condos across the USA and this condo along with the management team were great! The owners have not spared any expense in making this a comfortable abode for visitors. I very much appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/keurig/baking items. All of the bed linens and towels were up to date and didn't feel like they'd been used 50 million times. The grill was wonderful and there are even tongs/spatulas for the grill specifically that make it even more easy. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness in my own home, not to mention when I travel. This is one of the few times that from the very beginning I felt at ease with how the condo had been cleaned prior to our arrival. The view from this condo is amazing, we spent a lot of time on the balcony! The management team, Beach Bum is really great to deal with. When we walked into the condo we felt very welcome with the presentation that had been made for us. Thank you Beach Bum! If we return to Pensacola I will not hesitate to rent this condo again--highly recommend!

"This was our 4th time to stay at the Beach Club but our 1st time in this unit. It will not be our last for this unit. It was spotless and laid out so very nicely. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking. Loved the patio furniture and a special treat was the nice icemaker in the kitchen and the beds were comfortable!! Enjoyed working with the folks at Beach Bum very much! Couldn't be nicer and more accommodating. "This was our 4th time to stay at the Beach Club but our 1st time in this unit. It will not be our last for this unit. It was spotless and laid out so very nicely. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking. Loved the patio furniture and a special treat was the nice icemaker in the kitchen and the beds were comfortable!! Enjoyed working with the folks at Beach Bum very much! Couldn't be nicer and more accommodating. It was certainly upscale for a beach rental and we loved it. We highly recommend. And I'm giving the highest marks possible to the Beach Bum Vacation Rental people. From the first booking and the pre-arrival communication to their checking in to see that we arrived and had everything we needed, it was superb. We had one minor reason - not even enough of an issue to mention - to contact them during our stay and I couldn't have been more pleased with the promptness and appropriateness of their attention. I highly recommend this rental unit and this company and we would return if we have the opportunity to spend a week on Pensacola Beach in the future."

"This wonderfully decorated and maintained 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is a fantastic vacation spot with huge deck overlooking the beautiful Pensacola Beach. Open the door to enter the elevator and there is a great view of the bay also! We spent our days on the gorgeous beach and enjoyed the exercise room and sauna. "We loved our stay! The view from our condo on the 14th floor was spectacular. The furniture on the lanai was hands down the best furniture we have had. We enjoyed spending the afternoons relaxing. Having the grill right there was so convenient. The exercise area was very nice. The white sandy beaches are stunning and there are many great restaurants in the area. It is quite obvious that Pensacola Beach takes pride in keeping the beaches nice and protected. Don’t forget to take the drive East it’s one of the prettiest drives! Beach Bum Management company was by far the best company we have ever worked with they are great people! Thanks for a great stay!

"Our stay was fantastic. The condo was very nice. Comfortable and well stocked. We could have used more bathroom wash cloths. And one suggestion. The dining room table has very sharp edges. One adult was scratched on the belly and we had to be extremely careful with our 2 1/2 year old grandson around the table. I would suggest maybe having the corners of the glass rounded? We really had no complaints other than that. It was a beautiful home away from home for our family to enjoy our holiday time together. And the hospitality of Beach Bumb was superb! I appreciate all of the communication and availability (even though we didn’t have reason to contact you after hours, it was nice to know we could)! The ease of renting was by far the best we have ever used. Thank you!

We wanted to take our 2 adult kids and their spouses on a relaxing vacation week. We're a fairly low-key group - we don't need daily tourist activity or nightlife, but do enjoy a night or two out on the town for dinner, drinks and music. Otherwise, we appreciate a beautiful location, comfortable living quarters, a great kitchen and a big dining table for meals and games. Beach Bum BB Vacations provided all this and more - clear blue water and pristine sandy beach; short, safe walk from your room to your beach chair; gorgeous indoor pool, whirlpool, spa and workout center onsite; 10 minutes from fantastic grocery store that also delivers; beautiful, fully-stocked kitchen; very tasteful décor with thoughtful amenities. "My family is VERY DISAPPOINTED and WILL NEVER come back to this NON KID FRIENDLY resort!! I never would have booked this resort knowing this is SUCH a NON KID FRIENDLY resort!!!! A deciding factor for booked this resort was because of the heated indoor pool!!! After a Long Drive we all went down to relax in the pool. That is when we saw the pool rules. First, rule is NO swim diapers of ANY kind in the pool. My daughter is 2 and needs a water diaper. Then another outrageous rule was children under 18 CAN NOT swim until noon and then CAN NOT swim after 6pm. We were the ONLY ones in the pool, being very quiet, and were told to LEAVE immediately! I called BEACH BUM the very next day to let them know We Wanted To LEAVE ASAP and get a refund. Beach Bum did NOTHING to help us!!! I will NEVER stay here again or book anything in the future with Beach Bum!!! Horrible Experience!!!!! Stephanie
