Beach Club Resort & Spa is at the heart of Pensacola Beach. The property is a secured, gated facility. Codes are needed to enter the gate and building. You'll find family-friendly areas such as an outdoor pool & hot tub. There is also a heated indoor pool & hot tub. Make time to visit Aqua Spa and spend time in the complimentary sauna or steam room. Guest can also make use of the large fitness center.

All balconies are Gulf front with an expansive view of the beach. It's also within walking distance to most restaurants and shopping on our pristine, white sandy beaches.

"This is our 3rd (possibly 4th?) year staying at the Beach Club in January. As former residents of the area, it’s always nice to stay on the beach in the off-season when we can enjoy our favorite spots with fewer crowds. The Beach Club provides nice facilities, spacious rooms, and beautiful views. Highly recommended

"I am a traveling nurse and I've stayed at a lot of airbnbs last few years. I must say this by far is my most favorite place to stay!! The pictures do not do it justice the views from the balcony are amazing. The balcony goes around the whole condo!! I have sent pictures to my friends and everyone wants to come stay here!! "We didn’t want our trip to end! Beach Bum property managers saved our vacation after my first reservation in another building was cancelled by Vacasa 48hrs before our arrival. They took us in last minute with better accommodations and were so easy to communicate with. We loved this condo, the views, the beds, the indoor heated pool and hot tubs (2 of them here!), the well stocked kitchen. I brought my own spices and oil and had a very easy time cooking for our group of 7.

"Gorgeous, perfect condo for our family! The location is wonderful and our part of the beach was not overly crowded. Pools are beautiful, too. The condo itself has amazing views from all around. We're so glad we upgraded to the 4 bedroom with plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Guys had a great fishing adventure with Hot Spots Fishing Charters and the girls enjoyed a wonderful Spa Day, downstairs. Will never book with anyone but Beach Bum - Great service and exactly as advertised! We made some great memories - Thanks!

"The property was beautiful and well stocked. The location was wonderful and beach view was incredible from balcony. We were a bit turned off when we had to do a late check in due to damages done to the property by previous tenants and the chemicals used to clean out was awful…but we were compensated for the inconvenience, so the start of our vacation was a bit sad…but overall it was a nice experience. Hope to stay there again and hoping for a smoother transaction.

"Our rental unit was promptly and properly prepared as expected. There was no guesswork as to check in or accommodations. They also went above and beyond to ensure the oven and grill were clean for a member of our travel party with allergies. When we had a slight problem they responded pleasantly and asap (replaced a wonky coffee maker). As for the unit, itself, Beach Club1406 was amazing. We have a long history of many vacation rentals, so we have had all sorts of experiences. This luxury rental did not disappoint. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a rental and with back issues that is very important. It was also the best accommodated kitchen we've ever experienced... High quality and plentiful dinnerware, silverware and various glassware. The views from the wrap around balcony and comfort of the outdoor furniture was excellent. My only real critique is that there should be 2-3 bath towels per guest. One is just not enough, requiring daily laundry when all you want to do is relax. Highly recommend

"Overall the condo is very nice - beds are super comfortable, and everywhere you look the view is spectacular. We were really impressed with how clean the condo was, probably the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Unfortunately, communication with the property management team was the only frustrating part of our experience. Besides no notice that our check-in time changed and no notice when 4 technicians would show up/need to be in and out of the condo for over an hour to take care of a handful of maintenance issues, it would have been nice to know there is very loud construction next door and you can't enjoy outside unless you want to listen to it from approx. 6am-5pm. We know that construction is not something the management company can control, but because this construction will be going on for months, it’s only honest and fair that this is something they prepare their guests for.

"We loved the views and space of this corner unit at the Beach Club complex. The amenities of the unit were appreciated - had a grill, a separate ice maker, washer/dryer, oven and toaster, all of which we used every day. Love the spacious deck and ample seating. This particular unit is probably ready for a few minor updates (shower caddy in queen bedroom bath is very rusted, writing is rubbed off several of the microwave buttons, etc), but certainly nothing that impacted our stay. Accessibility to the pool and beach, plus the beautiful views and the Beach Bum service make this a repeat stay option for sure!

"We absolutely loved this rental. It is EXACTLY like the pictures-spectacular views, amenities and great customer service. The condo was very clean and well stocked with "start up" items. Our family enjoyed having access to the two pools (one indoor) as well as the ocean. It was a little chilly when we visited, so the indoor pool was perfect after a workout in the fitness center. We also had the opportunity to utilize the spa and would highly recommended their services as well. We would recommend renting Unit 1406 ! We hope to return in the future!

"Everything is well summarized and complete online. The condo is beautiful, but toilet paper and kleenexes are in short supply. Shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap were in two of the four rooms, so bring prepared, otherwise it is well stocked. It is well furnished, and the view is gorgeous !!! "Condo was well stocked and comfortable. We cooked often. The beds were comfortable, and the balcony is amazing. Wonderful views. The pool was nice, cool and clean. This was our 8th stay at Beach Club and will continue to return! . One big issue is that regardless of the signs and holding the rail, 5 of our party slipped and fell going down the bridge over the course of a few days. Some extra grip would be great on that bridge. We also saw at least 3 others besides our 5 fall down the bridge. We loved our stay and was so sad to leave today. One other thing, maybe add a few washcloths. Seemed like there were exactly 10, and we had to be sure to wash all of them every day so we could all have a washcloth. I wished I had brought extra so we weren’t searching and borrowing. All of the other towels were sufficient.

Getting into the resort is…

"Getting into the resort is the first annoyance. Just a code to do everything. Even use an elevator after you just entered one to get in the front door. Walked in the room and an overwhelming mildew urine type smell just smacks you in the face. Had to open balconies to air it out. Pans for kitchen are not non stick and furniture is old and worn. Pretty cheap for such a “nice” condo. Outdoor pool is not heated and indoor pool has select hours your kid can swim. Kinda stupid for a family condo. Upon checking in we had two key fobs in the bucket and we put those two back. I get a message saying I’m charged for two more. Yet they were never there. This is ridiculous and I still hope that gets addressed. I’m told she will speak to housekeeping which makes no sense as they won’t take the blame on that and get charged. Dumb. On top of this the keypad on the door kept failing and locking us out of the room. Happened several times and even late at night after coming home after a late dinner and some drinks. It would go in privacy mode on its own and say “please try again later” Had to call the owner who took a long time to answer. She was able to let us in with the App on her phone. Having to do this several times sucked and is an inconvenience. Then the AC has a lock on it so that you can’t turn below 69 degrees. The sink makes crazy gurgling noises all day long, the ice machine is super loud. And you can also hear people all around you doing their laundry as the whole building shakes. I’ve stayed at the Portofino 3-4 times a year and only booked this as a last minute decision due to the larger size. I’d rather just get an extra room next time and avoid this all together.

""Our second stay at the Beach Club and it was great as the last time. The unit was great as we had a 4 bedroom unit with all of our children and grand children. The pool was used a lot. Being able to both see the beach and walk on the beach made the day for each of us, every day. The Unit was fully functional and had everything anyone could need while staying there. Looking forward to our next booking as this is certainly one of the best places to stay."

"We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The view does not get old and watched many sunrises and sunsets from the balcony. It was so nice to be able to relax. The inside was just as described. Everything was clean and perfect when we checked in. We were greeted with a nice note and candies which was a sweet touch. Beach Bum was super responsive and came out to change the battery to the keyless entry when it was saying low battery immediately. They were always super helpful the whole time and answered all my questions. The pool and gym were also very nice. No complaints perfect trip

"Everything was wonderful. BB always does a great job of preparing the condo,making sure it is clean, making sure we have beach towels and plenty of other towels. The condo is always just like they say it will be. Check in and out is so easy and they have us do very little, which is nice. My family (10 people) always has a great time. We will be back again!

"We had an absolutely beautiful stay at the Seaside Serenity #1406. Great condo with fantastic veranda/views, good amenities, and enough room that we were not on top of one another! The Beach Club had a great gym for daily exercise with an indoor pool for those few cool days! Bring warm and cool clothes as the wind haa a bit of a chill when the sun goes down. Beach was spectacular! Restaurants and bars galore with good value for money! Naval museum, national seashore and Fort Pickens are a must see! Look forward to our return!

"I would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for seven of us. Loved that each guest bedroom had their own full bath. The balcony and water views were spectacular. The living room was noted by a couple of our guests that it seemed smaller in person than in the picture but we all were comfortable and enjoyed the space and views.

"Our family absolutely adored the accommodations at 1406! Everything was wonderful! We will definitely be returning. We only had a couple of improvements that would have made our stay even more comfortable: bigger or more trash cans and throws accessible for the living room. "The condo was great!! Only complaint is people next door we’re very loud at night. I believe you rent that condo also. Maybe a note in your welcome notebooks about being quiet on balconies at night. They were up until 4 in the morning one of the nights with loud music. It didn’t start until 1:30 am (a couple of nights) so security is already gone. Talked to a maintenance man about it and he told me security leaves at 1 am. I couldn’t sleep with my door open which I love doing on vacation.
