BOOKING
Tenant reserving the rental must be over the age of 25. Tenant renting must also occupy the rental during reserved dates. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to reside in the home. Parents and other family members cannot book a stay for a group of students or young adults under 25. Guests who break this rule will be evicted without a refund.
Check-in is 4:00pm CST. Checkout is 10:00am CST. Please plan accordingly. Early arrival and late departure are not available last minute.
Once your dates and payment are confirmed, a confirmation is sent via email.
We reserve the right to adjust any reservation according to the specific listing calendar as we do not leave unbookable nights open. This communication and adjustment would be limited to the initial booking window.
PAYMENT
Upon reserving, 20% of the total reservation is due as a deposit. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Beach Bum BB makes every effort to communicate with guests regarding their reservation and balance. If the balance is not collected within 72 hours of due date, Lila Davidson Enterprises, LLC: DBA Beach Bum BB reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Any payments made towards the reservation are forfeited.
YOUR STAY
RVs, golf carts, or trailers are NOT allowed in the parking lot. We can accommodate our guests at our local office space (please secure this in advance).
No animals allowed.*
No smoking allowed.*
No parties.*
*A $500 fee will be incurred and/or eviction.
Please note the max allowed for each rental. If exceeded, a fine of $100 per night, per person is incurred.
CANCELLATIONS
No refunds are guaranteed without the Cancellation Waiver or Travel Insurance*; both are available for purchase but may have restrictions on how soon they must be purchased after creating a booking.
*Travel Insurance is a third-party company that will issue you a policy. All claims are made through that policy.
If Cancellation Waiver is purchased, the following applies:
– Reservation cancellation prior to 30 days prior to arrival, a refund is given minus a $199 cancellation fee.
– Reservation cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund is given of monies paid.
For coverage of illness or medical concerns, please consider travel insurance. Find travel insurance options here. The cancellation waiver does not cover a reason for canceling- it’s just based on the day of cancellation in relation to your arrival date; it does not cover sickness or medical emergencies.
Any change to your reservation within 30 days of arrival, such as a decrease in nights or early departure is non-refundable.
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled reservation forfeit all payments made. Hurricane season for Florida is June-November, with most activity from mid-August to mid-October. Please consider travel insurance for coverage of storms.
Our rentals are cleaned and then inspected. A checklist is performed to ensure our standards are met and all the amenities for guests are present. We want you to have the best vacation!
